With 33 years of IT recruitment, 13 specifically in making recruitment barrier free for people with disabilities or long-term health conditions there is not a lot Tracey doesn’t know about finding and keeping talent. She started out leaving school at 16 as there wasn’t the money for her to go on to further education. Her mother was pensioned off at 50 because adjustments weren’t heard of back then. These things have driven Tracey to drive change and impact for good where possible. The first project was in conjunction with Ian Drury of Ian Drury and the Blockheads. Social value and an even playing field are very important to her.
